This week’s FMC was yesterday instead for various reasons with the topic of best entirely foreign language song. It actually turned out much harder than you might think with many songs being only partially foreign. It seems the English language is more widely used in foreign songs than we first expected. In any case we had quite a few dance tracks as 90s dance music was probably the best place to look. John secured his first FMC win by submitting Encore Une Fois as his choice within a few minutes while Mark ended up the loser with Macarena. Personally think Mark was hard done by as Stevie clearly needs some educating on foreign languages as simply “not understanding a word he’s saying” does not make it non-english. 
I’d already submitted my choice by the time I’d thought of La Bamba which was a shame as that would’ve stood a good chance.
